Before the concert :

Please visit the Place des Arts box office to request a printed ticket, or select the mail delivery option at the time of purchase.

On the day of the concert:

Please visit our customer service desk upon your arrival at Maison symphonique to request a printed ticket.

What is my Orchestre Métropolitain Ticketmaster account for?

Your customer account allows you to access your tickets at any time, retrieve them electronically, or transfer them to someone else.

If you have previously made an online purchase with the Orchestre Métropolitain, you created an account during checkout. You can therefore sign in using the email address associated with that purchase.

You can also use your customer account to update your personal information and your preferred language.

What is a rotating barcode?

For security reasons and to help prevent ticket resale, the barcode displayed on your ticket is temporary and updates every 15 seconds. To enter the venue, you must present your ticket on your smartphone with the barcode displayed in real time on your screen.

Screenshots and printed copies of this barcode are not valid. That is why we recommend adding your tickets to your digital wallet (Wallet) in advance. It’s simpler and more convenient!

Why can’t I print my tickets?

The Place des Arts box office is modernizing its ticketing system and transitioning to mobile tickets. As a result, the print-at-home option is no longer available.

If you would like physical tickets, you can pick them up at the Place des Arts box office. You may also choose the mail delivery option at the time of purchase. Additional fees apply to this delivery method.
