Cancellation and Modification Policy
Before the free cancellation deadline
Schools may cancel their reservation or modify the number of participants (within a variation of ±10% of the initial number registered) free of charge up to the deadlines specified for each performance.
After the free cancellation deadline
After the free cancellation deadline, any cancellation will result in an invoice that must be paid by the school, even in the event of non-attendance. Schools may still modify the number of reserved tickets up to the modification deadline (within a variation of ±10% of the initial number registered).
Changes to the number of tickets
After invoices have been issued, it is no longer possible to add or remove tickets. The number indicated on the invoice is final.
Payment Terms
Schools
Invoices are sent according to the established schedule. Schools are asked to include the invoice number on bank transfers or cheques to facilitate payment processing.
Homeschooling
No free chaperones are offered. Payment by credit card is required at the time of booking. Seats are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Reduced Mobility and Persons with Disabilities
Accessibility of the venue
Seats are reserved at each school matinee performance for individuals with reduced mobility or disabilities. The Maison symphonique is accessible via ramps and elevators. We offer level-access seating to accommodate all types of wheelchairs, including areas with removable chairs to suit specific needs.
Additional services
Upon request, we can reserve a foyer area for group use as a waiting space (as adapted transportation does not always arrive at precise or scheduled times). It is also possible to reserve washrooms for the installation of a lift device if required for certain audience members.
Chaperones
Schools
One free chaperone is provided for every group of 15 students.
Homeschooling
No free chaperones are offered for homeschooling families.
Reduced mobility and persons with disabilities
In the interest of inclusion and accessibility, we accommodate students with specific support needs by offering complimentary tickets for the required number of accompanying persons. Up to one chaperone per student may be provided free of charge. Please notify us at the time of booking.
