Absolutely! We know that unexpected events are part of life! A babysitter cancels, the car breaks down, or a nasty virus keeps you in bed… We wouldn’t wish it on you, but it happens.
You can cancel up until the day of the concert. You’ll then receive a credit on your account, which you can apply toward the purchase of a concert in the current season, or even the next one.
