Of course! Simply call or write to the OM ticket office to request an exchange. If the concert you choose is of a different value, we’ll apply a credit to your account or charge you the difference, with no extra administration fee.

You may cancel up until the day of the concert. You will then receive an account credit applicable to a concert in the current season, and even in the next.
