COVID-19: Current situation

Closure of concert halls

On Monday, December 20, 2021, the Government of Quebec announced new public health measures, including the closure of concert halls. These measures will be in effect until further notice.

We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and we will keep you informed about any changes to our programming.

If you have any questions, please contact our box office at billetterie@orchestremetropolitain.com, or call 514-598-0870, extension 33.

The OM’s activities take place in accordance with the Government of Quebec’s public health guidelines.

Thank you once again for your understanding and support.

Postponing January concerts

As a result of the ongoing public health crisis and to protect the health and well-being of our musicians, choristers and technicians, the Orchestre Métropolitain will be postponing its January 23 concert (Chœur Métropolitain: Voices and Colours) and its January 28 concert (Miloš and JoAnn Falleta: An Invitation to Dance). If you hold tickets to either of these two concerts, you will be contacted in the coming days. We have not yet made a decision regarding concerts planned after January 28.

While we wait for concert halls to reopen, the OM is giving audience members the opportunity to watch past concert webcasts for free, as a way to keep the symphony alive in the hearts of music lovers. You can follow the situation on the OM’s website and social media.
