The vaccine passport must be presented at the entrance of the concert hall or event area with a photo ID. Seat availability at the Maison symphonique

Subscribers: We want to inform you that due to the physical distancing measures in effect, we cannot guarantee that your regular seat can be renewed. Nevertheless, our box office and customer service team will do everything they can to help you.

2019–2020 subscribers will keep their seating priority or priority assigned to their change request. 2021–2022 subscription tickets will be assigned one concert at a time, on a first-come, first-served basis. We will not make any changes to your subscriber file until the OM resumes its normal activities.

According to the public health measures currently in effect, more than 900 seats are available at the Maison symphonique. Note that the Chœur section will be closed, as well as orchestra rows AA to G.

Ticket delivery

Tickets will only be delivered electronically. They will be sent out a few days before each concert. You can also pick up your tickets at the Place des Arts box office.

Single tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, September 8.

Concert webcasts

Some of the OM’s concerts will be recorded and webcast starting in October 2021. Complete details about this virtual experience will be announced at the beginning of September.

All OM activities are carried out in full compliance with the Quebec government’s public health guidelines. We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and we will keep you informed about any new developments.
