Yannick Nézet-Séguin &

Handel’s
Messiah

Handel

Cause for celebration indeed! Yannick Nézet-Séguin is surrounding himself with exceptional singers to conduct Handel’s Messiah with the OM for the first time. The music’s expressive force comes from the challenge Handel set for himself: telling the story of the Saviour with no staging but only the power of words and music. With the collaboration of the Chœur Métropolitain and soloists Carolyn Sampson, Christophe Dumaux, Pascal Charbonneau and Andrew Foster-Williams, Yannick brings the wonder of this staple of the holidays to life.
