Since graduating from the Conservatoire d’art dramatique de Montréal in 2007, Cynthia has taken on leading roles in numerous television shows and series, including Trauma, Tactik, L’Appart du 5e, Mémoires vives, Plan B, L’Âge adulte, Alix et les merveilleux, Virage, Le 422, Une autre histoire, and Classé secret. She was part of the cast for all seven seasons of District 31, where she portrayed Da-Xia Bernard—a role that earned her a nomination at the Gémeaux Awards in 2018 for “Best Supporting Actress: Annual Drama Series.” On the web, she appeared in the series Vidanges, and she is also featured in the cast of Bête noire.

In theater, she has performed at Théâtre Denise-Pelletier in productions such as L’Avare, La princesse Turandot, Médée, and Prouesses et épouvantables digestions du redouté Pantagruel. She was part of the creation of Yukonstyle, presented at Théâtre d’Aujourd’hui in 2013. She also worked as a puppeteer in Alice au pays des merveilles by the company Tout-à-Trac. In 2019, she appeared in Consentement at Théâtre Jean-Duceppe, directed by Frédéric Blanchette. Cynthia returned to the stage in 2023, performing at TNM in Le rêveur dans son bain and Le projet Polytechnique as well as at Théâtre d’Aujourd’hui in Beau gars.

On the big screen, she played Jade Bossé in the film L’Empire Bo$$é, directed by Claude Desrosiers. More recently, she portrayed Julie in L’Origine des espèces by director Dominic Goyer—a performance that earned her a nomination for “Best Supporting Actress” at the 2017 Gala Québec Cinéma.
