A showcase for the talent of local young musicians
As a prelude to the Orchestre’s concerts, our young guests treat the public to a musical performance lasting about 20 minutes. In addition, the young musicians’ symphonic experience is enhanced with access to a green room, free seats at the concert and backstage visits. Some even have the privilege of presenting bouquets to our guest conductors and soloists onstage.
During the 2019-2020 season, 130 young people gave a musical performance and attended OM concerts at the Maison symphonique, in two boroughs and on tour in the United States.
The OM Preludes are presented virtually for our 2020 fall season.
Have a front-row seat on emerging young talent!
